there are WAY too many trashy people that come here. Room service rarely picks up until 20-30 rings. There is always an issue with the phones in the room. The lines for the restaurants are maddening, and there is really only one good restaurant. The valet service is still not operating even though every other casino-resort has been running a valet service for months now. The hotel management is extremely slow to fix issues.

I've been frequenting this Resort for over a year and all I can say about it is that they are very average.
